Product return policy

General Conditions

Amik Wooden Toys S.R.L (the seller) offers the right to return products purchased from www.marinefishingshop.ro within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package.

If the reason for the return consists of product defects (non-conforming product) or delivery errors (the ordered product was not delivered in the quantity, or quality ordered or was delivered other than the type ordered, etc.) the return shipping costs will be borne by S.C. Amik Wooden ToysS.R.L., only through the courier company FAN Courier. In case you have opted for another courier service than the agreed one (FAN Courier), the return shipping costs will be borne by you. 

In case the customer withdraws from the contract and returns the product, he will pay the transport fee and the insurance for the return of the product.

To exercise your right of return, you must complete and submit the return form, available here. This is provided by the seller. It is your responsibility to return the product in the same condition as you received it, without any damage, scratches, damaged packaging, or missing accessories. In addition, you must include a copy of the invoice with the fully completed return form. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the rejection of the return request by S.C. Amik Wooden ToysS.R.L.

The applicable law governing the return of a product purchased online is GEO no.34/2014.

Deadlines and return procedure

If the customer wishes to return the goods, he/she is obliged to notify S.C. Amik Wooden ToysS.R.L. within 14 calendar days after receipt of the parcel, either by email at amik@amik.ro or by phone at the following number: 0745896467.

If this obligation is not respected by the customer, S.C. Amik Wooden ToysS.R.L. can refuse to receive the parcel.

The customer is obliged to pay the transport fee, the transport insurance counter value for damages, and to pack the product properly. 

In case the products suffer damages on the route customer - S.C. Amik Wooden ToysS.R.L., they are not borne by the seller.

Return of products

If the customer wishes to return the products, they must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent by the seller, in the original undamaged packaging, with intact labels, all accessories, and together with the documents received (invoice, warranty certificate, user manual, etc.).

PRODUCTS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED

The following products are NOT returnable:

1. Used products or products with traces of assembly that can no longer be classified as new products.

2. Legal entities have no right of return regardless of the method of purchase

In the case of products that show clear signs of damage as a result of transport by courier, our recommendation is to refuse receipt of the goods. In this case, a report will be signed together with the courier's representative, stating the condition in which the parcel has arrived, together with photos to prove it.

The product received as a gift will be returned together with the main product, also products that were the subject of a set will be returned as a set in their entirety.

Once the return has been made, please let us know:

• the IBAN account in LEI in which you wish to return the product.

Deadline for a refund of the return amount

The refund of the return shipment will be made within 5 days from the date when the seller takes possession of the returned product, but not more than 14 calendar days from the moment when the seller is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

The day on which the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract will not be taken into account when calculating the period, and if the last day of the period is a non-working day, the seller will extend the period accordingly.

Processing of personal data for return

If there are no defects or issues and the products comply with all the conditions mentioned above for return, the seller's employees will prepare all the necessary financial accounting documents as per the legal norms. These documents may include a return invoice, advance payment, compensation order, payment order, or receipt. To prepare these documents, the following information will be required: name, surname, address, ID number and number, and bank account (if applicable). If there are no defects or issues and the products comply with all the conditions mentioned above for return, the seller's employees will prepare all the necessary financial accounting documents as per the legal norms. These documents may include a return invoice, advance payment, compensation order, payment order, or receipt. To prepare these documents, the following information will be required: name, surname, address, ID number and number, and bank account (if applicable). We will use personal data to draw up financial-accounting documents, by the legal provisions in force. If you do not wish to provide these data, the return of the products is not possible even if they fall within the conditions of return above, because we can not comply with tax legislation.
