Delivery Policy

For the products ordered from our online store, we offer the following delivery methods:

• Fast courier services

• Specialized transport services

• Pickup from our warehouse: Petin, Str. Nicolae Solomon no. 6, Satu Mare County, Romania

The products will be properly packaged and will include the accompanying documents.

Receipt of the products is confirmed by signing the documents accompanying the shipment. By signing the AWB (shipping document), the customer expressly confirms that the products have been received and that they comply with the order in terms of quantity and quality.

Assembly and handling of furniture items are not included in this contract and remain the responsibility of the customer.

For products that are not available in stock, our company reserves the right to request a 50% advance payment of the total order value.

The prices of goods and services displayed on the website www.amik.ro include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation and do not include delivery costs.
